Berlin in one day

Berlin in one day

Zoey shows you what you must see if you are only in the city for one day!

You should start off with getting yourself a good overview of the city . Simply book your ticket for the Welt Balloon on our app and let it take you to the skies from where you can see the entire city. Keep in mind that that it can be closed due to bad weather. Here is the number you should call to check in advance: +49 30 226 67 88 11 and book via Lookaround app.

Next on the list is a funky area called “Urban Spree”. Here you can take a deep dive into Berlin’s urban culture. Besides a neat, little contemporary art exhibition, Urban Spree features a ton of interesting -and oftentimes political- graffiti. During the weekends you can find amazing flea markets with lots of interesting stuff.

However, if you really want to see an interesting flea market Zoey recommends you venture to Boxhagener Platz. Here you can find some truly interesting articles and dwell in the multi cultural backgrounds that Berlin brings together.

One of the greatest things to do in Berlin is to play a good round of mini golf in UV-light. And not only UV light, but 3D UV light – that’s right. Conveniently located in one of Berlin’s weirdest park areas, going to UV Mini Golf allows you to go for an interesting walk if the weather allows. Make sure you check it out!

  • A great city to visit, and also one that won’t drain you out of money if you don’t wish it to. I highly recommend Street Food Thursday and the Alternative Berlin tour. You need to register in advance before you can go and see the Reichstag – security measures.Berlin is one of the top cultural hotspots in Europe. Thanks to having once been the capital of a kingdom and several empires – as well as its stint as two different cities – the German capital has been enriched by multiple cultures of centuries gone by. 175 museums await to be explored by the culture lover, and while it’s impossible to see them all in a single visit, the following list of absolute must-sees will get you off to a good start.
